Caesar of Ice

Effects and Stuff: I made the ice in the eye and also the "crown" above the head in PS cs 2.

So , this is another picture , part of the project Elements. This represents the element of Water( Ice )

The name of the picture , namely "Caesar" refers to a Leader, A King, etc. Like the roman leaders who had those leaves on their head as a crown. In this picture I have the Ice version of that crown, thus the picture makes sense to be named "Caesar of Ice". Took me a bit to make those leaves but I think they are okay : )
